Orders & Shipping Policy
At Jpnovations Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. A tracking link will be shared with you once your package is shipped.
- Shipping charges include handling, packaging, and postage costs. While handling fees remain fixed, transportation fees may vary based on the total shipment weight.
- To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping multiple items into a single order. Separate orders placed individually will be shipped separately, and shipping fees will apply to each.
- Though we take utmost care in secure packaging, all shipments are dispatched at the customer’s risk, particularly for fragile items.
- Our courier partners deliver between Monday and Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays due to weather, strikes, or other disruptions.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an notification with tracking details.
- No modifications to the delivery address or instructions can be made after the order has been confirmed.
- In case of extreme weather conditions (such as floods or heavy rains), Jpnovations Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule the delivery.
- Orders will not be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one provided at checkout.
- Delivery will be attempted only once. If the order cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer will still be charged, and redelivery or refunds will not be possible. Undelivered packages will be returned to our head office, and customers may contact us for self-pickup.
Orders Will Be Considered Executed Under the Following Conditions:
- Incorrect or untraceable address.
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Locked premises at the delivery location.
- Incorrect or non-functional phone number (including switched-off or unreachable numbers).
- Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
- Delivery completed at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor (as per recipient’s instructions or absence).
