Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

At Jpnovations Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we process and dispatch orders promptly upon receipt. Therefore, cancellation or rescheduling of orders is not possible once they have been placed. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Failed Transactions:

If your payment was deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful, we will initiate a refund at the earliest. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with the product or feel it does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us with a detailed explanation. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products and services. 

Return Window:
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests after this period will not be accepted.

*  To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Jpnovations Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on the product description and its intended functionality.
